FAQs

Are shutters suitable for kitchens/bathrooms?

Yes. Our specialist Waterberry shutters are ideal for areas of high humidity and moisture. They are made of hard-wearing, lightweight uPVC, with a handcrafted appearance to look like wood. They will not peel, flake, corrode or fade, and are moisture resistant and flame retardant too.

What colours do you offer?

Our wooden shutters currently feature over 40 different matte paint and wood stain finishes. We also offer a colour matching service where our design consultants will guide you through choosing the perfect colour for your home. Our Waterberry shutters come in three soft neutrals; Cotton, Vanilla and Ivory.

Do shutters come with a warranty?

Both our wooden and vinyl shutters come with a 5-year warranty.

Which shutter style is best suited to my window?

Shutters work well in almost any window, but your Design Consultant will be able to recommend the best style to choose based on your windows and your needs.

Can I have shutters in a bay or shaped window?

Yes. Our shutters are bespoke products made to fit your exact specifications and can be crafted in a range of shapes and sizes, and your Design Consultant will be able to advise you on different styles and options.

Can I have shutters at my doors?

Yes. Most of our shutters can be fitted at patio, sliding or folding doors. For standard or French doors, we recommend full height shutters, or for sliding and folding doors, our tracked shutters are an excellent option.
