Our service begins in your home, with one of our local design experts bringing product samples and colour options right to your door so you can make an informed decision.

We double check every measurement before manufacture, and once ready we will install at a time convenient to you – leaving your home or conservatory with the perfect look.

The price of our products is dependent on many bespoke variables, not just the precise measurements we take at your home, and therefore we cannot quote based purely on the size of your windows. Once our local designers have fully understood your requirements we are able to provide a quote as part of your design consultation.
There is no pricing in our brochures or on our website. This is due to the variations available in size, materials and colours associated with each of our product ranges, which will vary from customer to customer. We are unable to disclose pricing until we have established your full requirements as part of your design consultation.
Due to the amount of variations in our range of window furnishings we do not have shops or showrooms. It is why we offer a free home design consultation, which will be tailored to your needs so you get the benefit of seeing the product in your home. From time to time we do exhibit at events and exhibitions across the UK where you are able to see our range of products.
Unfortunately, as the measurement and fitting of our products is unique to each customer, and included free of charge, we do not provide a supply only option.
We recommend that you do not book a design consultation until your new windows are in place. With our products being measured, manufactured and fitted to millimetre precision, your windows need to be in place for accurate measurement and quoting.
Lead times will vary from product to product but as a rough guide: Vinyl Shutters are usually ready to install within 4 weeks, while our Wooden Shutters are normally ready to go within 6 weeks. For our range of conservatory blinds, your lead times will be in the region of 4 weeks, and for our stylish window blinds it will be on average a 6-week turnaround. Please note that these lead times will fluctuate during the course of the year depending on demand.
