Why do you survey my windows after the design consultation?

Our professional survey allows us to double check all measurements, which means you can have complete confidence that your new window furnishings will fit perfectly.

Can I rearrange the survey or installation after making the initial booking?

Yes. However, we will do everything we can to make sure that both your survey and installation are booked at times that are convenient to you in the first instance.

Will I need to tidy up after the installation?

No. Your home will be left immaculate. Our installation team go to great lengths to minimise any mess while fitting your products and clean up after themselves too.

What happens if there is a problem after my order has been fitted?

Once you place an order, you will be assigned a dedicated Customer Service Adviser. In the unlikely event that there is an issue, you can contact this person directly.

Is there any additional cost added to my order for the survey or installation?

No. The survey and installation is included in the initial quote you receive and forms part of our end-to-end service.
