During your initial Design visit, our experts measure every aspect of your windows to accurately design your shutters or blinds. Once you’re happy with your order, our Surveyor will visit to double-check each measurement to ensure a perfect fit for your final product.

Your products will be handmade in our UK factories with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail by our team of specialists on the South Coast or in the Midlands. Each made-to-measure window shutter and blind is double and triple checked for imperfections and only leaves our factories once we’re 100% happy with the finished product.

Why do you survey my windows after the initial design visit?

The survey allows us to double check all measurements, which means you can have complete confidence that your window shutters or blinds will fit perfectly.

Can I rearrange the survey or installation after making the initial booking?

Yes. However, we will do everything we can to make sure that both your survey and installation are booked at times that are convenient to you in the first instance.

Will I need to tidy up after the installation?

No. Your home will be left immaculate. Our installation team go to great lengths to minimise any mess while fitting your products and clean up after themselves too.

What happens if there is a problem after my order has been fitted?

Once you place an order, you will be assigned a dedicated Customer Service Advisor. In the unlikely event that there is an issue, you can contact this person directly.

Is there any additional cost added to my order for the survey or installation?

No. The survey and installation is included in the initial quote you receive.

During the visit, you will get to see and touch our products and explore options, including colours and fabrics that compliment your room, to make sure you’re choosing the right product for you. You will also receive an initial quote and have the opportunity to discuss payment options.
