Yes, in the unlikely event that our products fail, we can arrange for one of our technicians to come out to your home to fix any issue. Remember that all of our products are also covered by a minimum 5-year guarantee.
Our lead times will vary with several factors influencing how quickly you can have our products in your home. As a rough guide, here are our lead times: Conservatory Blinds = 2 to 4 weeks Blinds for the home = 6 weeks Wooden Shutters = 10 weeks Vinyl Shutters = 4 weeks
