CUSTOMER ADVISOR

Our Waterlooville-based Customer Centre is looking for Customer Advisors to help us achieve our Vision to become the UK’s leading Company for premium window furnishing. Following a business reorganisation earlier this year, we are continuing to invest in national marketing in order to increase customer awareness of our brand. Successful applicants will have the capability and confidence to talk to our customers about our premium products and services. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and support exciting new product launches over the coming 12 months. A thorough induction and comprehensive product training will be provided.

SELF EMPLOYED OPPORTUNITIES


We have an established Design Team of over 100 designers, dedicated to Thomas Sanderson and located all across the country, providing a local service to our customers. This is your opportunity to join our sales team selling our extensive range of quality products to our customers allowing them to express their own individuality. Direct sales experience is not essential as our comprehensive 1 week training course will provide you with all of the sales and product knowledge you will need.

WORKING WITH US

We are looking to hear from potential candidates who will have:

    • A full UK driving licence and a vehicle, mobile and laptop.
    • Available to attend appointments across daytime, evenings and weekends.
    • Be self-motivated with a genuine love of meeting new people.
    • Have a passion for design and excellent organisational skills.
    • Have good IT literacy skills.

You must also be eligible to work in the UK .

INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS


We are going through a period of sustained growth and are looking for installers to work with us on a self-employed Sub-Contracting basis, with the realistic potential of earning £30-35k per year. Our successful Installers have experience in the home improvement sectors below. If you come from the same background and want to develop your skills and experience, we will provide you with the training and mentoring to do that.

    • Window Fitting / Window Fitter
    • Conservatory Installation
    • Kitchen Fitting / Bedroom Fitting
    • Bespoke Furniture Maker

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, a successful candidate will have each of the following attributes:

- Manual dexterity and proven practical abilities

- Excellent customer focus and an attention to detail

- Experience of managing your own workload

- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
