Every year, Thomas Sanderson handcraft over 200,000 individual blinds with the utmost care, yet each blind takes a unique journey through our manufacturing plant before being despatched to your installation team.
- Each tray of fabric is manually checked millimetre by millimetre to identify and reject any possible flaws or blemishes.
- After selecting the fabric by hand our qualified specialists use exclusive tooling and equipment to produce the required fabric batch your blind is to be made out of. All of your blinds are made from the same batch and we keep a sample of your fabric for future reference.
- State-of-the-art machinery will saw each piece of hardware and blind rail to the exact millimetre.
- Each blind is individually strung by hand, guaranteeing a flawless motion.
- Advanced motors are inserted into each remote control blind and tested for performance.
- A specialist department collate your blinds and test for excellence.
