Each wooden window shutter is handcrafted with the utmost care and attention, yet each panel takes a unique journey through the manufacturing plant before being despatched to your installation team.
- The details of your shutters are fed into a bespoke manufacturing system that calculates all the dimensions required to produce the finished product.
- Each length of wooden profile is manually checked millimetre by millimetre to identify and reject any possible flaws or blemishes.
- State of the art CNC machines are used to produce the elements of the shutter.
- The wooden shutter panels are then assembled by hand and tested for function and fit.
- The panels and frame components come together at the finishing plant where they are sanded, painted/stained and finished to the contract specification.
- The shutter is assembled, packed and dispatched to your local installation team.
