Through the integrity of our product quality and policy of ongoing customer care, we will guarantee your patio awning against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years.
10-Year Buy Back Promise
We’re so convinced of the quality and excellence of our products, that we offer all customers the opportunity to trade-in their awning after 10 years, and receive a 50% discount off the original price paid (less VAT) – to put towards a brand new awning to the equivalent value!
Thomas Sanderson Lasting Care service option
Like all precision engineered products, ongoing maintenance is essential to ensure your awning continues to function perfectly. That’s why we’ve introduced Thomas Sanderson Lasting Care, our regular awning maintenance programme to safeguard your investment. Throughout the period of your service plan, we will perform annual checks on your awnings. Think of it as an M.O.T. Thomas Sanderson style! Just ask your designer for more information.
