With huge growth planned we have many opportunities for you to join our successful sales teams nationally, which together were responsible for over £55,000,000 of net sales last year! During this period of growth we can also offer genuine “ground floor opportunities” with easy advancement to our sales management team.
Your opportunity is to build upon this success by selling our quality lifestyle products directly to our customers, advising them how to enhance their home indoors and out.
No sales or product experience? No problem!
If you don’t have any sales experience that’s fine! Most of our successful people today didn’t have any experience when they first joined us either, so don’t worry!
All our new designers benefit from full sales and product training via our “Passport” training programme. The course is delivered to you by our own trainers, who are also successful designers outside the training room. As part of the course you will receive your sales presentation kit worth £3000, including full working products and samples. Upon completion of the course you will then have all the knowledge and skills ready to meet your first customer.
You will get everything you need to succeed…
You will be working as part of a small field based team of people, working together under the leadership of an area sales manager. Your manager will be your main point of contact for you and will support you directly training and coaching as required in the field.
In addition our “FrontLine” team will also provide full support from head office. FrontLine deliver a whole host of support and administration for you including sales meetings, summer balls, family fun days, sales academies, refresher courses, weekly newsletters, incentives and much more.
Together we will take good care of you throughout your sales career with us.
You’re free to do what you do best!
Just in case you’re wondering we even make your appointments for you! This includes appointments generated from our TV and press advertising; exhibitions, our website and over 1300 partners who exclusively recommend Thomas Sanderson products to their customers.
Once sold, you will also have full support from our in-house customer service teams who take everything from here for you and survey, manufacture and install the product as you’ve sold.
Lifestyle changing earnings and incentives...
In return for your commitment, we will reward you well. You will have the opportunity of uncapped earnings in excess of £60k OTE in your first full year with us! You will be paid via BACS every week allowing you to start earning money fast! Why not try to beat our record earnings of over £150,000 for our top designer over 12 months!
