Thomas Sanderson is proud to be a British manufacturer who has an enviable heritage of manufacturing blinds in Britain for over 20 years. We started out as a family run business and although we have grown in size over the years, we still appreciate the ‘local’ approach our customers love. As the years have gone by, we have been able to offer our products to more customers, and this has allowed us to develop an innovative and exciting range of products that a smaller company simply couldn’t manage… or develop.

- Thomas Sanderson win a Gold medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in the ‘Chic Gardens’ category

- Fabric Equalisation is introduced to our conservatory blinds system as part of TecNeat our exclusive conservatory blinds system – guaranteeing a superior installation and finish

- Thomas Sanderson become part of the international Hunter Douglas Group; world market leaders in window coverings
2002

2001
- Following our fantastic success in the UK, Thomas Sanderson Conservatory Blinds launches in the Republic of Ireland
1999
- PowerPleat™ exclusively launches to offer our conservatory blind customers the ultimate remote control system for their blinds
1991
- Thomas Sanderson is founded by husband and wife team; Bob & Norma Thomas
- We launch our very first home improvement specialist product - pleated conservatory blinds
