1. All entries must be made via the promotion website. Only one (1) entry per residential property. The competition is free to enter and is open to residents aged 18 and in the UK. The competition starts 15/04/24 @ 00:01 and ends on 29/04/24 @ 23:59.
2. One (1) main prize winner and two (2) runner-up winners will be chosen at random on 03/05/24 from all valid entries and notified by Thomas Sanderson on or by 07/05/24. Prizes are non-transferable.
3. After the competition ends, we will contact you either by telephone or email to let you know if you are a winner or runner up, to advise you how to take advantage of your exclusive discount, and to see if we can help you further in any way. If after a reasonable time we are unable to contact the winner, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. 
4. The main prize consists of a £2,500 (inclusive of VAT) voucher towards custom-made shutters, blinds, curtains, garage doors and awnings designed, manufactured and installed by Thomas Sanderson Limited as well as a Luxury Hamper from English Heritage. The Thomas Sanderson prize value can be used as full or part payment towards the products stated. If purchase price of the products selected is less than prize amount, the difference is lost. No cash alternative available.  If the purchase prices of the products selected exceed the prize amount, the winner must pay the difference. 
5. All entrants will receive an exclusive discount of 10% off any Thomas Sanderson shutters, blinds, curtains, garage doors, or awning (minimum order value £1200) as well as English Heritage Membership 20%-off offer *. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer being promoted by Thomas Sanderson. One (1) exclusive 10% discount per residential property. Exclusive discount expires 24/09/24.

By participating in the competition organised jointly by English Heritage and Thomas Sanderson Ltd, you consent to the following data policy; All personal data provided will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulations, and the privacy policies of English Heritage and Thomas Sanderson Ltd, available at https://www.english-heritage.org.uk/about-us/our-people/our-policies/ and www.thomas-sanderson.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy/, respectively. Your personal data will be kept safe and secure and will not be shared with other organisations without your knowledge and consent, unless required by law to do so. 
8. By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees for their name and location in the format ‘Claire W, Manchester’ to be used by Thomas Sanderson in social media communications (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) or any other marketing material referencing the prize draw. The winner also agrees that Thomas Sanderson shall be allowed to take photographs and/or video of their room after the products are fitted. All Intellectual property rights of such photographs, video or other information taken for the promotion shall belong to Thomas Sanderson.
9. You hereby grant to Thomas Sanderson and its related companies, agents, licensees, sub-licensees, contractors, successors, legal representatives, assigns, and third-party service providers, and their respective retail partners, marketing or public relations agencies, and other affiliates ( “Licensed Parties”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable right to use these assets in any manner to be determined in the Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, including but not limited to on webpages and social media pages operated by the Licensed Parties, in promotional e-mails and advertisements, and in any other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, and in any media now or hereafter known. The Licensed Parties may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit these assets in any manner in their sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.
10. Thomas Sanderson reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the selected entrants, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the competition or has won using fraudulent means.

14. By entering this promotion, you are responsible for ensuring that the property is suitable for installation of window shutters, blinds, or awnings. All installations are subject to a technical survey. Thomas Sanderson reserves the right to withdraw the prize/exclusive discount should the property be deemed unsuitable.  The winner agrees to make their property available for measuring and fitting within a reasonable period of time after they have been notified that they have one the competition.  

The following terms apply to the English Heritage Prize (The “Prize conditions”):

9. English Heritage reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.  The prize is not transferable.
11. The winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries and notified by [07/05/2024].
12. The winner will be contacted via email on the email address provided and delivery of the prize will be arranged.
13. The winner chosen by random selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of notification, English Heritage reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
15. No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
16. Entry in the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these rules.
17. English Heritage reserves the right to withhold or cancel the prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. English Heritage also reserves the right at its discretion to amend the Prize Draw rules at any time. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by English Heritage.
18. English Heritage reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
19. English Heritage must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
